Aegis security firm sues Swiss newspapers

Aegis names the Basler Zeitung and SonntagsZeitung in a lawsuit, claiming the papers hurt the company financially with printed insults. The suit was confirmed by the Basler Zeitung.
It is unknown what specifically Aegis has taken offence to, but if it wins its case it will receive up to 268,000 francs and an injunction to prevent certain statements from being printed.
In August, newspapers reported Aegis had set up a holding company in Basel, sparking cantonal and federal lawmakers to look at stricter regulations for private security firms.
