Robert Parry - The rushed hanging of Saddam Hussein appears even more sinister after the genocide trial resumed for his co-defendants with the playing of a tape recording in which the dead dictator chillingly describes the lethality of chemical weapons on civilians.
If George W. Bush hadn't turned over Hussein for that hasty execution, the dictator might finally have been asked questions about how Iraq obtained its chemical arsenal and which American officials helped.
